Typical Abruzzese
Located in the Parioli area, keeps truly the tradition of the specialties of the Roman and Abruzzese cuisine. The cost goes from 35 to 45 Euros per person. Drinks not included.

Located in the heart of Rome is a family-run restaurant where you will welcomed with usual friendliness of the Capri Island and where you will enjoy the typical dishes of the Mediterranean and Caprese cuisine. The cost goes from 25 to 40 Euros per person. Drinks not included.
Typical Calabrese
Close to Trevi Fountain and the Spanish Steps the restaurant is based inside a deconsecrated church within which you can enjoy the excellent cuisine of Calabria. The cost goes from 25 to 45 Euros per person. Drinks not included.
Typical Sicilian
Located in the heart of Trastevere, famous for its beautiful alleys, will give you the chance to savour the traditional Sicilian cuisine. The cost goes from 15 to 40 Euros per person. Drinks not included.
Typical Roman
In the beautiful surroundings of Trastevere you can enjoy the traditional Roman cuisine, a poor but full of flavours cuisine. Guests can choose to dine at the restaurant (The cost goes from 55 to 65 Euros per person) or at the Hosteria (The cost starts from 25 Euros per person). Drinks not included.
Typical Emilian
Located near the Cestia Pyramid offers at the same time the typical dishes of the Emilian and Roman cuisine. The cost goes from 20 to 30 Euros per person. Drinks not included
INGREDIENTS:
600 grams of bucatini, 160 grams of streaky bacon, 500 grams of tomatoes, 100 grams of Roman pecorino cheese, Onion, Oil, Salt and pepper
Fry in oil an onion till it get brown, then add the bacon cut into little cubes, the tomatoes, salt and pepper. Leave the sauce cook slowly. In the meanwhile, boil some water and cook the pasta. Once ready, pour the bucatini al dente into the pan and leave them cook together with the sauce. The characteristic flavour of this dish is granted by the cheese, which has to be the Roman pecorino.
INGREDIENTS:
350 grams of beans, 1 clove of garlic, 150 grams of pork ring, 1 rosemary’s twig, basil, parsley, 350 grams of tomatoes,
1/4 onion, oil, salt, pepper
Put the beans in a pot with the rosemary’s twig, garlic, the salt, and cover it with water. Cook the beans for 10 minutes. In the meanwhile, brown the pork rings in oil with the onion, garlic, salt, and pepper. Add the tomatoes and cook up for about 20 minutes. Drain the beans and add them to the sauce. Continue to cook for other 15 minutes.
INGREDIENTS:
400 grams of spaghetti, 200 grams Roman pecorino cheese, pepper
Cook the spaghetti al dente and drain them. Leave them a bit moist. Mix with some oil, lots of grated Roman pecorino and a generous sprinkling of freshly ground pepper.
INGREDIENTS:
500 grams of veal slices, 200 grams of raw ham, Olive oil, sage, salt, pepper, 1 glass of white wine
Flavour each slice with salt and pepper and place on each slice one small slice of raw ham and a sage leaf. Roll up the veal slices and pierce them with a toothpick. Fry the saltimbocca in a pan with butter and oil, and dilute with a cup of white wine.
Since ancient times wine has had a great influence in the Roman culinary tradition.
