Thanks to our welcome desk at the airport of Rome Fiumicino and at Termini Station, all our customers could benefit, at no additional cost, a personalized service with our multilingual staff that operates daily from 07.00 am to 22.00 pm and that will provide them a Welcome Pack complete with city maps, tickets and vouchers for the program, restaurants and museums.

Termini: the desk Hotel Reservation is located in front of at the platform 24, next to Coin.
Fiumicino: the desk Hotel Reservaton/Margana travel is located at the arrivals T3
