1. Background:
The Consortium Tourist Travel Service S.R.L, with registered offices in Rome, Via della Tribuna Tor de'Specchi 18/A (Zip Code: 00186), VAT Registration No. 04539911000 ("TTS"), a private law company, established with the main objective of promoting the sale and marketing of tourism services in the Lazio Region, offers its services tTTSough a telecommunications platform (the "Website") called "golfrome.it". The Website was created to promote tourism services (and any connected, instrumental and/or accessory services), as well as to serve as a meeting place for the demand and supply for such services in the Lazio Region (the "Services").

2. Definitions:
For the purposes of the contractual regulations to be applied to the users and service providers, the following terms, conventionally indicated with a capital letter (both in their singular and plural forms) shall have the following meaning:

Website: a website with pages that can be freely accessed or with protected access following the Consortium's admission and registration procedure; it can be found at the URL http://www.golfrome.it and is registered by TTS;

Provider: a professional operator that is a member, associate or partner of TTS, a member or part, in any other way, of a trade association registered with the Consortium to which TTS grants, subject to the conditions outlined below, the right to directly or indirectly promote or market its own Services tTTSough the Website;

End User: a person (with or without a VAT Registration Number) who uses the Website and the Services;

Industry User: a Provider. The Industry User may carry out transactions directly with the End User, subject to the conditions established and set out by the Website Manager;

Financial Intermediary: a bank, financial intermediary, credit institution, or body that is in any event a partner with TTS who collects and credits electronic payments, as agreed upon;

Database: a homogenous, logical and systematic collection of information and data provided by the Industry Users (who are exclusively responsible for all the information submitted) and which can be accessed by the End User on the Website tTTSough a system of queries and searches;

Transaction: any transaction made tTTSough the Website that concludes with a purchase of a Product or a Service by the End User, and, where charges apply, with the payment by the End User to the Industry User of the corresponding price;

Cookies: text files used by the Website to store and receive information on and from the End User's and/or Industry User's computer;

No-show: when an End User makes a reservation but does not make use of the service or does not acquire the product without giving prior notification and/or cancellation as per the corresponding conditions.

3. Nature of the Website:
The Website is a virtual marketplace, a neutral telecommunications meeting point where the End User can find information, make contact and make reservations directly with the Industry Users that provide the Services. Specifically, the End Users can make hotel reservations with the Service Providers listed in the Database used by the Website.

4. Website Services:
TTS offers "as is" and "as available" services without any additional guarantees, either express or implied, with regard to the content, the enjoyment and availability of the same. TTS does not guarantee continuous and uninterrupted access to the Website and the Services, which may be conditioned by a variety of factors that are beyond its control. As a non-exhaustive example, access to the website, access to the services and the use of the same may be suspended and/or interrupted for technical reasons of any nature, acts of providence or force majeure; in such cases the End User may not make any claim against TTS, which will not be held liable in any way for any consequences affecting the End User arising from the suspension and/or interruption of access/use.

5. TTS's Non-Involvement in the Transactions:
TTTSough the Website, TTS simply offers technical support to the interaction between the Industry User and the End User; therefore, the relationship between the Industry User and TTS or between the End User and TTS shall not be construed as a mandate, mediation, partnership, or a distribution- or representation-agreement or any other similar type of relationship.

TTS declines any responsibility for the descriptions of the services or products offered by the Providers. The descriptions are provided directly by each Provider tTTSough the Website with a public notification.

TTS is not involved in any way in the negotiation, preparation, undersigning and/or execution of the agreements stipulated between the End User, the Provider and/or Industry User and in any case shall not be considered to be a part of any pre-contractual, contractual and post-contractual events relating to the transactions and any other contracts stipulated between the Industry User, the Provider and the End User, who are the only parties bound by the transactions and the related contracts.

TTS is also not involved in any way in the relationships established between the Industry User, the Provider, the End User and the Financial Intermediary authorized to manage the reservations tTTSough the Website (which it manages in complete autonomy, on its own servers and at its exclusive responsibility).

TTS shall not be held liable for any failure to conclude Transactions among the End User, Industry User and/or Provider, or for any non-fulfilments or delayed fulfilments. TTS shall not be held liable by the End User, specifically, but with no limitations, for any overbooking.

6. Website Information:
TTS constantly monitors the correct conduct of each Industry User, the type of products and/or services offered and the regular execution of the Transactions, but it cannot guarantee: i) the identity, legal capacity, seriousness of intent, good faith or other features of the Industry Users and Providers; ii) the quality, the legality and the safety of the products and/or services offered tTTSough the Website; iii) the veracity, the accuracy and the correctness of the information contained on the Website.

Therefore, the End User expressly agrees to consider the information contained on the Website to be merely indicative, acknowledging the fact that TTS may not be held liable in any way whatsoever for any deficiencies, inaccuracies or omissions.

7. Website Access and Use:
In order to access and use the Website, the End User agrees to follow the instructions below and those that may be published on the Website from time to time. Specifically, unless otherwise indicated, the management of the reservations among the End User, the Provider and/or the Industry User will take place according to the following procedure:
a. In order to make use of the Services, the End User must search the offering available on the Website. Once the desired Service is identified, the End User must provide his/her credit card details to the Financial Intermediary. This requires the verification, as a guarantee, of the validity of the card that is provided at the time of the reservation and the acceptance of the declaration of use of personal information, as per the relevant forms;
b. As soon as the End User indicates his/her agreement with and/or acceptance of a Service according to the established methods, the contract with the Industry User shall be considered stipulated;
c. The system generates and sends an electronic notification of confirmation for the requested services to the End User and the Industry User;
d. In the event of a notification of cancellation received after the established time period or in the case of a No Show, the Industry User shall notify TTS, using the reserved area set up for such purpose;
e. The Financial Intermediary, at TTS's request, shall arrange to withdraw the amount relating to any applicable penalties by charging the credit card used by the End User and crediting such moneys accordingly.
8. Cancellation and Penalties:
Penalties for cancellations and/or no shows shall apply. The penalties shall be clearly displayed on the Website prior to and during the transmission of the reservation and/or request for service.

9. Withdrawal:
In compliance with the provisions set forth in the Consumer Code (Article 55) the option of exercising the right to withdrawal in relation to the reservation of hotel services is excluded.

10. Privacy:
For information regarding the handling of personal information supplied by the End User at the time of Registration and any time thereafter tTTSough direct access to the Website's reserved area, please refer to the most recent version of the "Privacy Policy" page, available on the Website.
